Colleagues from Permaquip and Aquarius Rail teamed up to take on the Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge, tackling 24 miles and three summits in just one day- all in support of Yorkshire Air Ambulance.
The six-strong team swapped their usual roles manufacturing specialist railway equipment and road rail vehicles for hiking boots, backpacks, and rugged terrain. Together, they conquered Pen-y-Ghent, Whernside, and Ingleborough, raising vital funds for a charity that’s both local and lifesaving.
Yorkshire Air Ambulance relies entirely on donations to operate, providing rapid-response emergency care across the region. The challenge brought Permaquip and Aquarius Rail colleagues together for a shared cause that’s close to many of their hearts.
